THE HOLDER DRAW

One holder.
One numbered ball.

The machine mixes throughout each ten-minute round. The extraction tube stays empty until the round ends. The winning ball is then displayed for eight seconds before a new ten-minute round starts automatically.

Every wallet holding the token gets one numbered ball at the snapshot, taken 5 seconds before the draw. A keeper closes the round on Robinhood Chain with drand randomness and the contract picks one ball, weighted by each holder's balance, and pays it the whole USDG pool. Liquidity pools and the dev wallet are excluded.
